HALO User Meeting - October 2004
In September 2004 the Ministry of Education and Research has
assured the funding for the HALO-project. On October 18, 2004
the second HALO user workshop was held at the Zentralverwaltung
der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft in Munich.
During this workshop the results of the negotiations with the
tenderer Gulfstream Aerospace were presented. The modifications of
HALO, its flight performance and certification issues were presented.
